METRUM AI COLLAB STUDIO PRIVACY POLICY

• Personal Information

  
  By using our chatbot, the user consents to provide and allow the display of their name and email on the application UI, obtained through the authentication process using Auth0.
  Document upload
  By using Metrum AI Collab Studio, the user may upload documents as part of the RAG feature, including company logo and Favicon. The user consents to the display of those documents uploaded, on the application UI.

• User Prompts

  
  When interacting with our chatbot, you may write prompts or questions. These prompts are used solely during your active session to generate responses and provide you with the requested information.

• Session-Based Data Use

  
  Once the user logs out, all data history related to user uploaded documents (logo and/or favicon), prompts and the chatbot's responses are cleared and not retained on our servers.

• Changes to Terms

  
  Metrum AI reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website chatbot after the posting of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
